# Dashboard overview

## Overview

The dashboard is the main operating view after you sign in to the Interlinked panel. It gives you a starting point for monitoring AI activity, checking the state of your setup, and moving into operational areas such as CRM, Orders, Calendar, Settings, and AI Config.

Most users reach the dashboard immediately after signing in, and new users are also sent there after publishing the onboarding wizard. From there, you can decide whether to monitor live conversations, adjust your AI setup, review business activity, or manage account and billing settings.

## What the dashboard is for

Use the dashboard when you need a quick orientation point before jumping into a specific workflow:

- **Monitor operations** - Review the high-level state of AI activity and customer interactions.
- **Find product areas** - Move into CRM, Orders, Calendar, Products, Lead Discovery, or AI Config.
- **Check setup context** - Confirm whether your account is operating from the expected organization or workspace.
- **Reach account controls** - Use the top bar and profile menu to open Settings or switch organizations when available.

The dashboard is not meant to replace detail pages. For example, use CRM for individual conversations, Orders for retail order details, Calendar for appointment scheduling, and Settings for account, billing, usage, and security.

## Common next steps

From the dashboard, users usually continue in one of these directions:

| Goal | Where to go |
|------|-------------|
| Review conversations or take manual control | CRM |
| Update AI behavior or workflow setup | AI Config |
| Review shipping or pickup orders | Orders |
| Manage appointment availability | Calendar |
| Check message usage or subscription status | Settings |
| Change organization context | Profile menu or organization switcher |

If you are not sure which area applies, start with the section overview for the product area you are trying to manage.

## Dashboard and workspace context

Dashboard information is tied to the organization or workspace you are currently using. If your account has access to more than one organization, confirm that you are viewing the correct context before interpreting metrics or making configuration changes. See [Understand organizations and workspaces](/en/resources/docs/understand-organizations-and-workspaces) and [Switch organizations](/en/resources/docs/switch-organizations).
