# Qualify, Pay & Schedule workflow

## When to use this workflow

Choose **Qualify, Pay & Schedule** when you need all three stages: understand the customer, collect a deposit, and book an appointment. This is the most comprehensive service workflow and is ideal for premium services like specialized consultations, personal training packages, wedding planning, or any high-value service where both qualification and upfront payment are required before scheduling.

## How the AI handles conversations

1. **Greet the customer** and introduce your services.
2. **Ask qualification questions** — The AI asks your custom questions to understand the customer's needs.
3. **Store the answers** — Qualification data is saved to the customer's lead profile.
4. **Present available time slots** — The AI checks your Google Calendar and shows available appointment times.
5. **Collect the deposit** — After the customer selects a time, the AI shares your bank details and asks for the deposit transfer receipt.
6. **Book the appointment** — Only after payment is confirmed does the AI create the Google Calendar event.

## Custom configuration steps

This workflow has the most custom steps of any workflow:

### Qualification questions

Same as [Qualify & Schedule](/en/resources/docs/qualify-and-schedule) — define the questions the AI asks during the qualification phase.

### Google Calendar connection

Connect your Google Calendar via Google OAuth for availability checking and event creation.

### Calendar settings

- **Minimum notice** — Minimum hours before an appointment can be booked (default: 24h).
- **Maximum notice** — Maximum days in advance an appointment can be booked (default: 30 days).

### Calendar availability

Set your available days, hours, and date exceptions. The AI only offers slots within your availability that do not conflict with existing calendar events.

### Booking rules

- **Deposit amount** — The fixed amount or percentage the customer must pay as a deposit before the appointment is confirmed.

### Bank accounts

Provide your bank details (bank name, account holder, 18-digit CLABE) so the AI can share them when requesting the deposit payment.
