# Review AI activity, approvals, and tasks

## Open Agent Notifications

The **AI & Automation** area of the panel includes **Agent Notifications**. Open it to review decisions, approval requests, and tasks associated with your agents.

The page is titled **AI Activity** and includes a refresh action, a search field, and four views:

- **Needs attention** — pending approvals and active tasks that need a decision;
- **All** — all activity returned for the workspace;
- **Approvals** — approval requests; and
- **Agent tasks** — tasks created for an agent.

</div>

## Inspect an item

Select a row to open its detail panel. The detail view shows the requested action or task, its status, the relevant context, and the date. Use the search field to find an action, capability, task, error, or status.

Statuses may include **Pending**, **Running**, **Completed**, **Failed / Rejected**, or **Cancelled**. A pending item is not proof that an action completed; it means the decision or task still needs a next step.

## Resolve an approval

For a pending approval, use **Approve** or **Reject** from the row or detail view. Add a resolution note when the panel provides the field. Approving lets the configured agent journey continue. Rejecting prevents that requested action from continuing.

Review the context before deciding. If the request involves a customer commitment, payment, appointment, order, or another business decision, confirm that the request matches your policy and the current customer conversation.

## Manage an agent task

Tasks that are waiting for a decision or have failed can show **Resume** and **Cancel**. Select **Resume** only after checking the detail and resolving the reason it stopped. Select **Cancel** when the task is no longer wanted or the customer’s request has changed.

The activity page is an operational review surface. It does not replace CRM conversation history, order records, service requests, or the agent’s draft/live settings.

## Keep activity useful

Use [Manage agent abilities and governance](/en/resources/docs/manage-agent-abilities-and-governance) to decide which actions need human approval. If an item appears because a conversation needs a person, open CRM and use [manual control](/en/resources/docs/switch-between-ai-and-manual-control) for the conversation itself.

If the page fails to load, select **Refresh** or **Retry**. Record the visible item status and detail before escalating. Do not retry a customer-facing action repeatedly when you cannot confirm whether the first attempt completed.
