Interaction between computers and human language.
Natural Language Processing (NLP) is the technology that enables computers to understand, interpret, and manipulate human language. It combines computational linguistics with statistical and Deep Learning models to bridge the gap between human communication and computer understanding.
How Interlinked uses it
NLP is how an Interlinked agent understands “I want the red one in size M” and maps it back to a catalog item, or recognizes “tomorrow at 3” against your business hours and calendar rules. The Behavior block inside AI Config — greeting, tone, emoji preference — shapes how the agent speaks back; the underlying language understanding is what lets it follow real, unscripted customer messages.
