AI credits
How AI credits are counted
They're the unit your plan's usage is measured in. Every time the agent uses the AI model, it's counted like this:

One reply can take more than one step, for example searching your catalog and then answering. Tokens are the pieces of text the model processes in each step: your instructions, your business information and the conversation. Your plan's usage is shown on the panel's dashboard.

Good to know before you choose

Do you take a commission on sales?
No. Interlinked AI keeps nothing of what you collect by Stripe or bank transfer. Stripe charges its processing fees to your own account.

Is there a lock-in contract?
No. You can change plans or cancel whenever you want.

Is there a free trial?
Pro includes a 7-day free trial, once per account. And you can start on the free plan.

What happens if I run out of credits?
On the free plan, the agent pauses until next month or until you upgrade. On paid plans, extra credits are charged by usage.

Can I add seats?
Yes. Each extra seat is US$10 or MX$200 a month.

Is the online store on every plan?
It's published from Starter up. On the free plan you can set it up.
Questions about pricing
- What is an AI credit?
- The unit your plan's usage is measured in. Each step of the AI model costs 1 credit, plus 1 for every 10,000 tokens it processes, times the model's multiplier: ×1, ×4 or ×10.
- How many messages does each plan include?
- Plans aren't measured in messages but in AI credits: 500 on the free plan, 5,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Pro and 25,000 on Ultra. How many replies that covers depends on the model and the length of the conversations.
- Which currency do I pay in?
- In USD. On our Spanish site, visitors in Mexico see and pay in MXN.
- How much do I save with the yearly plan?
- 25% compared with paying monthly, paying the 12 months upfront.
- How do I pay for the subscription?
- By card, through Stripe.
- Are WhatsApp messages included?
- No. Meta charges its official rates for WhatsApp messages and bills you directly. Interlinked AI adds no markup.
