At Interlinked, we respect and protect your privacy. Here we explain how to request the deletion of your data.
We recognize your right to request the deletion of your personal data, in accordance with applicable laws and Meta's platform requirements.
1 How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Delete my data". In the message please include:
- Your full name.
- The email address you registered with on Interlinked.
- The social media accounts linked to your account (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook).
- Your subscribed plan (Starter, Pro, or Ultra).
- A brief description of your request.
2 Identity Verification
To protect your information, we apply a verification process:
- We only accept requests sent from the same email registered with Interlinked.
- If sent from another email, we will request additional data (e.g., payment receipt or associated phone number).
- We validate that the social networks and plan match our records.
3 Scope of deletion
- We will remove all information linked to your account (history, integrations, configurations, and technical data).
- We will retain only minimum essential data (e.g., email or Tax ID for legal/fiscal/security purposes).
- Once completed, this data will remain isolated and will not be used for commercial purposes.
Response Time
We will process your request within a maximum of 7 business days from receipt.
Confirmation
Upon completion, we will send a confirmation email notifying you that your data has been deleted.
ARCO Rights
You can exercise your Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO) rights at any time by writing to [email protected].
Legal Exceptions
In some cases, we may retain certain data when there is a legal, contractual, or fiscal obligation (e.g. invoices).
