    No. Your catalog lives in Interlinked AI and is loaded from Excel or CSV, with AI column mapping.

  • Amazon or Mercado Libre?

    No. Interlinked AI doesn't sync orders or catalogs with marketplaces.

  • Zapier, Make or an API?

    No. There's no Zapier or Make connection, and no public API or outgoing webhooks.

  • HubSpot or Salesforce?

    No. Interlinked AI has its own CRM, with stages, tags, notes and consent per contact.

  • PayPal, Mercado Pago or OXXO?

    No. Payments are by Stripe payment link or by bank transfer with a receipt.

  • Web chat, SMS or email?

    No. The channels are WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
