Last updated: 09/14/2025

At Interlinked we value and protect your privacy. This document details our information handling practices.

1 Controller and roles

Interlinked ("the Company"). Email [email protected] · Tel. 618 332 0020.

Interlinked is the controller regarding the data of its own customers/administrators, and acts as a processor regarding end-user data processed on behalf of the Customer (see DPA in Terms).

2 Data we collect

  • Identification and contact: name, email, phone.
  • Fiscal: Tax ID and billing data.
  • Google Integrations: When linking your Google account, Interlinked will access your Google Calendar to check availability and create or modify events (appointments) according to your instructions. Interlinked's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google User Data to train, retrain, or improve generalized AI/ML models.
  • Technical/Operational: WA/FB/IG IDs and metadata, agent settings, usage logs.
  • Payment: processed by Stripe; Interlinked does not store card data.

When we operate on behalf of the Customer (processor), we may process end-user data provided by the Customer or generated by the use of the Service (messages, metadata, and tags). If sensitive data were to be processed, we would request express consent when applicable.

3 Purposes

Primary (necessary): provide, maintain, and improve the Service; configure/operate agents; billing and fiscal compliance; support and security; compliance with platform policies and legal provisions.

Secondary (optional): promotions, launches, surveys, and commercial communications. For these, we require your consent, which you can revoke at any time (see §8).

4 Legal basis

Processing is based on consent, legal relationship, and legal compliance.

5 Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies, analytics, and —with your authorization— marketing cookies. You can manage the acceptance or rejection of these cookies directly from your browser's privacy settings.

6 Transfers and sub-processors

We may transfer data to providers acting as sub-processors for necessary Service purposes, including: Infrastructure (AWS/Google Cloud), Payment Processing (Stripe), and AI Services (Google LLC). All transfers are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations and, where applicable, safeguards for international transfers.

AI Data Privacy: We use the paid enterprise version of Google's AI services (Vertex AI / Gemini API). According to Google Cloud's Data Privacy Terms, your data is not used to train their foundation models.

7 Information Security

We apply security measures aligned with the risk. If a security breach occurs that significantly affects your rights, we will inform you without delay with the available information.

8 ARCO Rights and Revocation

You can exercise Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition rights, revoke your consent, or limit use/disclosure by writing to [email protected]. Include your registered email and request details.

9 Retention and Deletion

We retain data for the time necessary for purposes and obligations. Upon conclusion, we proceed to blocking (secure storage without operational access) and, after applicable legal terms, to definitive deletion or anonymization.

10 Minors

Service for individuals over 18. If we detect data from minors without authorization, we will proceed to delete it.

11 Opt-in/Opt-out (WA/FB/IG)

For messages initiated by the business on WhatsApp, the Customer must have valid opt-in; we always respect opt-out requests. On Messenger/Instagram, the 24h window rule applies.
