How we measure: the horizontal axis counts six sale steps the tool does on its own in the chat, with its AI or with bots you configure: answer from your information, show products with photos, build the cart, create the order, send the payment link and confirm the payment. Yes counts 1, partial ½ and undocumented 0. The vertical axis adds channels (up to 8) and native integrations by tier.

  • Do both book appointments?

    Yes. In Kommo the AI books into Kommo's calendar from the Pro plan, and with Google Calendar it sends the booking link. In Interlinked AI the agent books on your Google Calendar on every plan.

  • Does either charge extra for WhatsApp messages?

    By their own accounts, no: with both, Meta bills its per-message rates to you directly.

You connect your WhatsApp number through Meta's official signup from the panel; if it's connected to another provider today, Meta tells you whether it can move or must first be released. Your catalog loads from Excel or CSV with AI column mapping, and Instagram and Messenger connect with your Meta account.

What's a good Kommo alternative for a small store?
It depends on what you need. If you want the agent to build the order and take payment in the chat, billed monthly, Interlinked AI. If you need a full CRM with many channels and integrations, Kommo is still more complete.
Does Kommo have an AI agent?
Yes, from the Advanced plan. It answers from the sources you give it and creates leads in the pipeline. Kommo estimates about 15 credits per reply.
Does Kommo offer monthly billing?
No. According to its pricing page (October 2026), the minimum term is 6 months paid upfront.
Does Interlinked AI have pipelines like Kommo?
No. It has fixed contact stages: new, contacted, interested, customer and lost.
Can I use Kommo and Interlinked AI together?
