Use cases

Program simulating human conversation.

A chatbot is a software application used to conduct an on-line chat conversation via text or text-to-speech, in lieu of providing direct contact with a live human agent. Modern chatbots use AI to better understand user intent, unlike older rule-based ones.

How Interlinked uses it

We deliberately avoid the “chatbot” framing. Interlinked runs AI agents bound to operating workflows — a Shipping & Pickup agent, a Paid Appointment agent, a Qualify & Transfer agent — not a single generic bot. The difference matters in CRM: every conversation is reviewable, your team can take manual control at any point (which pauses the AI for 15 minutes), and nothing is locked inside a rule tree you have to maintain by hand.
