Create your account

Learn how to create your Interlinked account using Google sign-in or email. This guide walks you through every step of the registration process so you can start configuring your AI agent.

What you need before you start

Creating an Interlinked account takes less than two minutes. Before you begin, make sure you have the following ready:

  • A Google account — Google sign-in is the recommended and fastest way to create your account. You can use any personal or business Google account.
  • A modern web browser — Interlinked works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Make sure your browser is up to date.
  • A stable internet connection — You will go through a Google OAuth consent flow during registration, so a reliable connection ensures nothing interrupts the process.

Tip

If you plan to connect Google Calendar later for appointment scheduling, use the same Google account during sign-up. This keeps all your integrations under one login.

How to create your account

Step 1 — Visit the Interlinked website

Open your browser and go to https://interlinked-ai.com/en. This is the public landing page where you can learn about the platform and start the registration process.

Step 2 — Click Sign Up

In the top navigation bar, click the Sign Up button. This takes you to the registration page where you can choose your sign-in method.

Step 3 — Sign in with Google

Click the Sign in with Google button. A Google OAuth consent window will appear. Select the Google account you want to use for Interlinked, review the permissions, and click Allow.

Note

Google sign-in is the recommended method. It is faster, more secure, and eliminates the need to create and remember a separate password for Interlinked.

Step 4 — You are in

After completing Google sign-in, you are redirected to the Interlinked panel at panel.interlinked-ai.com. If this is your first time, the onboarding wizard opens automatically. You do not land on the dashboard — the wizard is the first thing you see.

Important

The onboarding wizard will keep appearing every time you log in until you complete it and click Publish. You cannot skip or dismiss it. This is by design — the wizard configures the AI agent that will handle your customer conversations.

What happens behind the scenes

When you create your account, Interlinked sets up several things automatically:

  • A workspace is created for your business. This is the container that holds your AI agent configuration, products, conversations, and integrations.
  • An AI agent is initialized in draft mode. It is not active yet and will not respond to any messages until you complete the onboarding wizard and publish.
  • Default settings are applied to your workspace, including language preferences based on your browser locale.

You do not need to configure any of this manually. The onboarding wizard will guide you through every decision.

Troubleshooting

The Google sign-in window does not appear

If the OAuth popup does not open, check if your browser is blocking pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for interlinked-ai.com and try again. If you are using a corporate Google Workspace account, your organization’s administrator may need to approve the Interlinked application.

I signed in but nothing happens

Make sure you are not using a VPN or browser extension that blocks redirects. After signing in with Google, you should be automatically redirected to panel.interlinked-ai.com. If the redirect fails, try navigating to that URL directly — your session should already be active.

I already have an account

If you have previously created an account, clicking Sign Up with the same Google account will simply log you into your existing workspace. No duplicate account is created.

What to do next

Now that your account is created, the onboarding wizard is waiting for you. Continue to Open the onboarding wizard to understand what the wizard does and what to expect, or read Sign in with Google to learn more about how Google authentication works in Interlinked.
