What you need before you start

Creating an Interlinked account takes less than two minutes. Before you begin, make sure you have the following ready:

• A Google account or email address — choose the sign-in method that matches how you want to access the workspace. Google sign-in is the quickest option.
• A modern web browser — Interlinked works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Make sure your browser is up to date.
• A stable internet connection — Google sign-in opens a separate permission window during registration, so a reliable connection helps the process finish successfully.

How to create your account

Step 1 — Visit the Interlinked website

Open your browser and go to https://interlinked-ai.com/en. This is the public landing page where you can learn about the platform and start the registration process.

Step 2 — Start registration

Select Sign Up on the public site. Choose Sign in with Google or the email option shown by the registration screen.

Step 3 — Complete the sign-in screen

For Google, choose the account you want to use, review the permission screen, and continue. For email, complete the verification or password step shown by the panel.

Step 4 — Open your workspace

After registration, the panel opens your workspace. If the workspace still needs initial setup, the onboarding wizard is available from the setup prompt. If the wizard is not open, use Open the onboarding wizard.

What happens behind the scenes

When you create your account, Interlinked sets up several things automatically:

• A workspace is created for your business. It holds your agent, products, conversations, connections, and operational settings.
• An AI agent can be created as a draft. A draft is not customer-facing until you publish it, complete its readiness requirements, and activate it.
• Default settings are applied to your workspace, including language preferences based on your browser locale.

You do not need to configure any of this manually. The onboarding wizard will guide you through every decision.

Troubleshooting

The Google sign-in window does not appear

If the Google sign-in window does not open, check whether your browser is blocking pop-ups and try again. If you use a corporate Google Workspace account, your organization’s administrator may need to approve Interlinked.

I signed in but nothing happens

Make sure you are not using a VPN or browser extension that blocks redirects. After signing in with Google, you should be automatically redirected to panel.interlinked-ai.com. If the redirect fails, try navigating to that URL directly — your session should already be active.

I already have an account

If you have previously created an account, clicking Sign Up with the same Google account will simply log you into your existing workspace. No duplicate account is created.
