What is the Enterprise plan

The Enterprise plan is a custom commercial arrangement for businesses that need capabilities beyond what the standard Free, Starter, Pro, and Ultra plans provide. Unlike the self-serve plans that you can activate from the Billing tab, Enterprise is a tailored agreement designed in collaboration between your business and the Interlinked AI team.

Enterprise is not a one-size-fits-all tier — it is a flexible framework that adapts to the specific operational, technical, and business requirements of each organization.

Who is Enterprise for

The Enterprise plan is designed for businesses that have outgrown the standard plans or that require specialized configurations from the start. Common scenarios include:

  • High-volume operations — Businesses that consistently need more than 25,000 messages per month and want predictable pricing instead of relying on overage charges
  • Multi-user teams — Organizations that require access for multiple employees, managers, or departments across the same account structure
  • Multi-business accounts — Companies that manage multiple brands, locations, or business units and need them organized under a single account
  • Complex integration needs — Businesses that require custom API access, advanced webhook configurations, or specialized data flows
  • Regulated industries — Organizations that need additional security, compliance, or data handling guarantees

What Enterprise can include

Because Enterprise agreements are custom, the specific inclusions depend on your business needs. Common elements include:

Expanded capacity

  • Higher monthly message volumes — Custom message allowances tailored to your actual conversation volume, rather than using the standard plan tiers
  • Custom Lead Discovery search quotas — Higher monthly search limits for Lead Discovery prospecting, beyond the standard plan allowances
  • Additional user accounts — Support for multiple team members accessing the platform, including role-based access where applicable
  • Support for multiple businesses — Manage several distinct business identities within the same organizational structure

Advanced technical capabilities

  • Extra APIs — Access to additional API endpoints or higher rate limits for programmatic integration with your existing systems
  • Advanced webhook functionality — Custom webhook configurations for real-time data delivery to your internal tools, CRMs, or analytics platforms
  • Custom AI tools or actions — Specialized AI behaviors, tools, or workflows built to match your specific business processes
  • Specialized integrations — Connections to third-party platforms, services, or internal systems that go beyond the standard integration options

Dedicated support and onboarding

  • Onboarding assistance — Guided setup and configuration support from the Interlinked AI team to ensure your deployment is optimized from day one
  • Implementation support — Technical assistance during the integration process, including API setup, webhook configuration, and workflow design
  • Training and enablement — Sessions for your team to learn the platform, understand best practices, and maximize the value of your AI agent

Custom pricing

  • Enterprise pricing is negotiated based on your specific configuration, volume requirements, and contract terms
  • Pricing structures may include custom per-message rates, flat monthly fees, bundled packages, or other arrangements that fit your budget and usage patterns

How to request Enterprise

Enterprise agreements are handled manually through direct communication with the Interlinked AI team. To begin the process:

Primary contact

Send an email to:

[email protected]

Include the following information to help the team understand your needs:

  • Your business name and industry
  • Estimated monthly message volume — How many customer conversations you expect your AI agent to handle
  • Number of users — How many team members need access
  • Number of businesses — Whether you manage multiple brands or locations
  • Specific technical requirements — Any API, webhook, integration, or customization needs
  • Timeline — When you need the Enterprise deployment to be operational

Alternative channels

You can also reach out through Interlinked AI’s official company channels where appropriate, including:

  • Instagram — Direct message the official Interlinked AI account
  • Facebook — Message through the official Facebook page
  • WhatsApp — Contact through the official WhatsApp Business number

Tip

Starting the conversation with a clear description of your requirements helps the team prepare a relevant proposal more quickly. The more specific you are about volume, users, and technical needs, the faster the Enterprise configuration process will progress.

Before considering Enterprise

If you are unsure whether your business needs Enterprise or if a standard plan would suffice, consider these questions:

  1. Do you regularly exceed 25,000 messages per month? — If not, the Ultra plan may be sufficient. Occasional overages on Ultra may be more cost-effective than a custom Enterprise agreement.

  2. Do you need more than one user account? — If your business operations require multiple team members to access the panel, Enterprise may be the right choice.

  3. Do you need custom integrations? — If the standard channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and built-in features cover your needs, a standard plan is likely sufficient.

  4. Do you manage multiple businesses? — If you run several brands or locations that each need their own AI agent configuration, Enterprise provides the organizational structure to support that.

See Plans and pricing for a full comparison of the standard plans.

What to do next

  • Compare standard plans — Review the Free, Starter, Pro, and Ultra plans before deciding on Enterprise. See Plans and pricing.
  • Review your usage — Check your current message consumption to understand your volume needs. See Usage and message limits.
  • Contact the team — Send your requirements to [email protected] to start the Enterprise conversation.
