Preview, publish, and pause your storefront
Preview an Interlinked storefront on mobile, tablet, or desktop, publish catalog changes, open the live site, and pause or reactivate it.
Preview before publication
During first-time setup, use the Preview step. After the site exists, use the storefront’s interactive preview or open the public site from Overview.
The preview is labeled Live renderer preview and uses the same renderer that buyers see. Choose Mobile, Tablet, or Desktop to check responsive layouts. Select Refresh when the panel needs to prepare a new preview.
Check the product selection, business identity, logo, site language, image placeholders, and WhatsApp action before publishing.

Publish the first storefront
From the first-run Preview step, select Publish website. The panel may open an upgrade path if the workspace does not have the required paid entitlement.
After publication, the site has a public URL and the Overview tab shows its status. Select Open site or View live site to inspect the public result.
Publish later catalog changes
After the first publication, product selections use their own draft/live comparison:
- Open Online Store → Products.
- Change the draft selection.
- Review the selected count and the Pending catalog changes message.
- Select Publish catalog live.
- Confirm with Confirm and publish live.
The confirmation explains how many products will be public. A successful result shows Catalog published live! and a link to the site.
Changing a draft selection does not remove products from the source catalog and does not change an AI agent’s draft or live configuration.
Pause the public site
When the storefront is live, the Overview tab shows Pause live site. Select it, read Pause public website?, and confirm with Confirm and pause site.
Pausing hides the online store from customers at its public URL. It does not delete the catalog, product selection, brand settings, domain settings, or previous publication. You can reactivate it later with Reactivate live site.
If the site is paused, the status appears as Paused / Draft and the Overview tab offers Reactivate live site. Re-check the public URL and selected products after reactivation.
If publication is blocked
Read the message shown by the panel. Common reasons include an unavailable paid entitlement, no selected products, a slug that is not available, or an update that could not be applied. Correct the named issue, refresh the workspace, and preview again.
For domain-specific problems, use Connect a custom storefront domain. For image coverage, use Manage product images.
