Account information
Update the personal and company details shown in Interlinked Account information and understand why the sign-in email is read-only.
What the Account information tab is for
Open Settings → Account information to review and update the profile details associated with your account. The current page lets you edit your name, company, and phone number. Your sign-in email is shown for reference but is read-only.
You can open the page directly at:
/en/settings?tab=accountinfo. The language prefix changes with the panel
language.

Update your profile details
- Open Account information from Settings.
- Edit Name, Company, or Phone.
- Select Save and wait for the panel to confirm the update.
The values should reflect the person and business context represented by this account. If the update does not appear immediately, refresh the page before trying again and check that you are in the expected workspace.
Understand the fields
| Field | Current behavior |
|---|---|
| Name | Editable account profile name. |
| Company | Editable company or business value associated with the account profile. |
| Phone | Editable phone value. |
| Read-only sign-in email shown by the account. |
The Company field is not the same thing as every business label in the product. Use Business settings to manage the active workspace name and service status, and use Company information and agent identity when the question is about the customer-facing agent identity.
Why the email is read-only here
The email shown on this page is the account identifier used by the available sign-in method. The Account information form does not provide an email-editing control. Do not treat the displayed email as an editable profile field or assume that changing the Company value changes the login identity.
If the email on the account is incorrect or access needs to move to another person, review Manage sign-in and password and use a verified support path when the product provides one. Avoid creating a second account until you understand the effect on workspace ownership, channels, billing, and data.
Profile image
The profile image shown in the panel may come from the connected Google account. The current Account information form does not provide an image-upload control. If the image is managed by Google, update it in the Google account and allow the panel to refresh it.
