Compare Interlinked AI plans — Free, Starter, Pro, and Ultra — including message allowances, billing terms, built-in discounts, currency rules, and Enterprise options for larger businesses.
Overview
Interlinked AI offers four standard subscription plans designed to scale with your business — from a no-commitment free tier to a high-volume Ultra plan. Each plan includes a monthly message allowance that determines how many AI responses your agent can send across your connected channels.
This article covers what each plan includes, how billing terms and discounts work, how currency is determined, and when to consider the custom Enterprise option.

Plan comparison
Interlinked AI currently offers the following plans:

Free plan
The Free plan is the entry point for every new Interlinked AI account. It provides:
- 500 messages per billing period
- No credit card required — you gain access immediately after signing up with Google or email
- Full access to core platform features
The Free plan is ideal for evaluating the platform, testing your AI agent setup, and understanding how Interlinked AI works with your messaging channels before committing to a paid subscription.
Tip
The Free plan does not include overage usage. Once you have consumed your 500 included messages, the AI agent pauses until you upgrade to a paid plan. See Overage usage and extra messages for how paid plans handle this differently.
Starter plan
The Starter plan is the first paid tier, designed for small businesses that receive a moderate volume of customer conversations. It includes:
- 5,000 messages per billing period
- Requires an active subscription with a valid payment method through Stripe
- Automatic overage usage so your AI agent does not stop when you reach the included limit
Pro plan
The Pro plan targets growing businesses that need more capacity for customer engagement. It includes:
- 10,000 messages per billing period
- Requires an active subscription with a valid payment method
- Automatic overage usage
- A 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers — see Pro free trial for details
Ultra plan
The Ultra plan is built for high-volume operations where the AI agent handles a large number of customer conversations daily. It includes:
- 25,000 messages per billing period
- Requires an active subscription with a valid payment method
- Automatic overage usage
- The lowest overage rate of all paid plans
CRM access and workspace collaborators
CRM access is included with every paid plan. The number of workspace users (people who can access the CRM and manage conversations) varies by plan:

If you need more users than your plan includes, you can add extra collaborators at the per-user monthly rate. Extra collaborator charges appear on your Interlinked billing alongside your subscription.
For example, a Pro plan with 2 additional collaborators would have 5 total users at $30 USD/month extra ($15 × 2).
Note
The Free plan does not include CRM access. To monitor conversations, take manual control, use labels, or collaborate with team members, you need a Starter plan or higher. See Team collaboration and CRM users for detailed CRM team management guidance.
Billing terms and built-in discounts
Every paid plan (Starter, Pro, and Ultra) can be purchased on three different billing terms. Longer commitments reduce the effective subscription cost through automatic built-in discounts:

These discounts apply universally across all paid plans. They are calculated automatically at checkout — you do not need a promotional code to receive them.
Note
The billing term you select affects how your subscription renews and how plan changes behave. For details on upgrades, downgrades, and proration, see Upgrade, downgrade, and plan changes.
How billing terms affect your subscription
When you select a 6-month or 12-month billing term:
- You are charged the discounted total for the full term upfront
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the term
- Your included message allowance refreshes each month within your term
- Overage charges, if any, are still billed monthly — see Overage usage and extra messages for details
Currency rules
Interlinked AI uses location-based currency, not language-based currency. This is an important distinction:
- Users located in Mexico see all prices in MXN (Mexican peso)
- Users located in any other country see all prices in USD (US dollar)
This applies everywhere in the platform where pricing is displayed — plan selection, billing summary, invoices, and overage charges.

Important
Browsing the panel in Spanish does not mean you will see Mexican pricing. Currency is determined by your geographic location, not your language preference. This is especially important for Spanish-speaking users outside Mexico.
Support for additional currencies — such as EUR — may be introduced in future updates. Currently, only MXN and USD are active.
Promotional and partner codes
Users may receive promotional codes or partner codes that provide additional discounts on top of the standard billing-term discounts. Partner codes are created by participants in the Interlinked AI Partner Program — when a referred customer enters a partner code during checkout, they receive a discount and the partner earns a recurring commission.
- Promotional codes are entered during the Stripe checkout flow when you subscribe to a plan
- If a valid code is applied, the appropriate discount is calculated and reflected in the final amount
- Promotional codes are separate from the built-in 6-month and 12-month discounts — one reduces cost based on commitment length, the other applies a code-based discount
Tip
Promotional codes and billing-term discounts can often be combined. Enter your code during checkout to see the final calculated price before confirming your subscription.
Enterprise option
For businesses that need capabilities beyond the standard plans, Interlinked AI offers a custom Enterprise arrangement.
Enterprise is not a fixed self-serve plan. It is a tailored commercial agreement designed for organizations with specific requirements. See Enterprise plan for a full description of what Enterprise can include and how to request it.
Choosing the right plan
When selecting a plan, consider:

Your expected conversation volume — How many customer conversations does your AI agent handle monthly? The Free plan’s 500 messages may be enough for testing, but active businesses typically need Starter or higher.

Your growth trajectory — If your messaging volume is growing, choosing a plan with more headroom reduces reliance on overage charges. A Pro or Ultra plan may be more cost-effective than a Starter plan with frequent overages.

Your billing preference — If you are confident in your commitment, a 6-month (15% off) or 12-month (25% off) billing term significantly reduces your cost.

Your budget sensitivity — Pro offers a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the higher-tier experience before committing.
