Delete or disconnect your account
Understand the consequences of deleting an Interlinked account or disconnecting Google sign-in, and verify the current support path before taking an irreversible action.
NEEDS VALIDATION
This page includes product areas with mixed maturity or conditional behavior. Verify the current UI and tenant state before using it as external operating guidance.
Read this before changing account access
Deleting an account or changing its sign-in relationship can affect access to workspace data, agents, channels, products, services, orders, conversations, billing history, and other records. Treat either decision as an account lifecycle change, not as a normal profile edit.
The current source-reviewed Account settings screen shows account metadata and guidance, but it does not expose a completed self-service Delete account or Disconnect Google control. This article therefore does not invent click steps for buttons that are not currently visible.
NEEDS VALIDATION
Deletion and Google-disconnection behavior must be confirmed against the current product support path before publication as a self-service flow. Follow the controls and message shown in your account.
If you are considering account deletion
Before requesting deletion or closing the account:
- Confirm which organization and workspace you are asking about.
- Review your active plan, invoices, and any pending billing issue in Billing and subscription management.
- Download or otherwise retain business records you are allowed to keep, such as catalog source files and operational reports.
- Tell workspace members what will happen to their access and reassign any CRM leads that must continue receiving follow-up.
- Disconnect or change customer-facing channels only through their supported connection flow.
- Use the verified support or account action currently shown by Interlinked and ask what data, subscription, and workspace ownership effects will apply.
Do not assume that removing a person from People, pausing service, or canceling a subscription deletes the account. Those are different actions.
If you are considering Google disconnection
Disconnecting Google sign-in can change how you authenticate. Before asking for that change, confirm that you have another supported way to access the account and that the workspace owner identity will remain clear. Review the Login method in Account settings and do not remove the only sign-in path until the replacement is confirmed.
Google account security changes should be made in Google’s account-security experience when the setting belongs to Google. An Interlinked workspace action, if made available, should be treated separately from changing the Google account itself.
Safer alternatives for common goals
- Need to stop customer-facing activity temporarily? Review the workspace or agent pause controls instead of deleting account data.
- Need to remove a teammate? Use People and review unassigned CRM leads.
- Need to change the profile? Use Account information.
- Need to change billing? Use the current Billing tab and its cancellation or plan-change guidance.
What to do next
Use Settings overview to locate the current account areas. If the action you need is not visible, use the verified support path presented by the product and include the workspace context, the login method, and the exact message you see. Do not send passwords or secret credentials in a support request.
