Manage storefront brand and WhatsApp

Update your storefront name, language, slogan, logo, order number, and default WhatsApp message from the Online Store settings.

Open Brand & WhatsApp

Open Online Store after the site has been created and select the Brand & WhatsApp tab. During first-time setup, the same fields appear in the Identity and WhatsApp steps.

The settings belong to the storefront. They do not change the global business profile used elsewhere in the panel.

Update the public identity

You can edit:

  • Business name — the name shown on the site;
  • Site language — English or Spanish;
  • Custom Storefront URL slug — the path used by the default public URL;
  • Website description or slogan; and
  • Logo — PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 5 MB.

The panel checks the slug’s availability as you edit it. Wait for URL path available before saving. Do not include https:// or a path in the slug field; the panel supplies the storefront domain and path.

Choose where orders open

The storefront does not create a cart or take payment. When a customer selects the WhatsApp action, the site opens the commercial conversation configured in this section.

Choose a Connected account when a WhatsApp Business account is available. Otherwise, provide the commercial WhatsApp number that should receive order conversations when the panel offers the direct-number option.

Edit the Default initial WhatsApp message to give the conversation useful context. Keep it short and make sure it matches the products or services the storefront actually presents.

If WhatsApp Business is not connected, the panel shows WhatsApp Business is not connected and explains that the site can launch with a direct number. Connection status can change independently of the storefront; review Connect WhatsApp Business if the account is unavailable.

Save behavior

After the first setup, Brand & WhatsApp changes use the storefront settings’ save behavior. The panel can state Saving and applying live or Changes save to draft, depending on the screen and whether the site is already live.

Read the message beside the action before leaving the page. If the change is saved to draft, preview or publish the storefront according to Preview, publish, and pause your storefront.

Check the public result

Open the interactive preview or select Open site after saving. Check the business name, logo, language, public URL, product selection, and WhatsApp message. Send a test conversation only when you are ready to create a real customer-facing interaction.

For a branded hostname, continue with Connect a custom storefront domain.
