Add products manually
Add or edit one Interlinked product at a time, keep its standard fields consistent, and prepare its image separately when needed.
Add one product
- Open Products and stay on Catalog.
- Select New product.
- Enter the customer-facing product information, including name and price.
- Add stock, SKU, description, and useful attributes when they apply.
- Save the product.
The saved product appears in the Catalog view without replacing the rest of the catalog. Use Edit on a product row when you need to correct an existing value.

Keep fields consistent
Use the same conventions as the rest of your catalog for currency, categories, sizes, availability, and SKUs. Useful attributes can include description, color, size, flavor, material, brand, compatibility, shipping notes, or use case.
If the product needs an image, save the catalog data first and then use Media or Manage images. A product can be saved while its image is missing or still processing.
When to use an import instead
Use Upload a product catalog when many products need to change, when prices or stock come from a spreadsheet, or when you need a merge/replace impact review. Manual entry is best for one product or a small number of focused corrections.
Check the result
After saving, search for the product in Catalog and verify its name, price, availability, SKU, and important attributes. If the agent does not find it immediately, allow catalog preparation to finish and then test a customer question. See How the AI searches products.
