What Settings is for

Open Settings from the profile menu when you need to manage account-level information, workspace context, subscription details, or security. The page uses tabs so these areas stay together without turning every task into a separate screen.

To access it:

  1. Start from the panel dashboard.
  2. Open your profile menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.

The selected tab is reflected in the Settings URL, for example: /en/settings?tab=accountinfo. The language prefix changes with the panel language.

Settings tabs

The current Settings area has eight tabs:

TabRouteWhat it manages
Usage?tab=usageMessage consumption, limits, and usage information.
Billing?tab=billingSubscription, payment method, invoices, and billing actions.
Members?tab=membersAn alternate entry to workspace people and invitations. The canonical access page is People.
Business?tab=businessActive workspace name and service status, plus available businesses and switching.
Account information?tab=accountinfoEditable name, company, phone, and read-only email.
Security?tab=securityTwo-factor authentication and access-related security information.
Notifications?tab=notificationsNews, billing, and security-alert controls shown by the panel.
Account settings?tab=accountMember-since information, email, login method, and account-level guidance.

All tabs are part of the same Settings page. A tab changes the visible content; it does not change the active organization or workspace.

Members and Business are workspace controls

The Members tab and the Business tab are easy to confuse with personal account settings:

The Account information tab is different: it edits your personal profile fields and the company field associated with your account. See Account information for the distinction.

Choose the right tab

  • To check messages or plan usage, open Usage.
  • To change a subscription or review invoices, open Billing.
  • To change who can access the workspace, use People or Members.
  • To switch businesses or pause service, open Business.
  • To update your name, company, or phone, open Account information.
  • To enable or disable 2FA, open Security.
  • To review communication controls, open Notifications.
  • To understand how you sign in, open Account settings.

The panel’s current label, permission message, and entitlement state are the source of truth for actions that may not be available to every workspace.
