Settings overview
Navigate the Interlinked AI Settings area — manage your subscription, usage, billing, account identity, security, notifications, and account-level actions from one centralized location.
What is the Settings area
The Settings area in Interlinked AI is the centralized location where you manage everything related to your account, subscription, billing, security, and communication preferences. It combines several responsibilities in one place so you can control every aspect of your Interlinked AI experience without navigating through multiple disconnected screens.
From Settings, you can review your current message usage, manage your subscription and payment methods, update your personal and business information, enable two-factor authentication, control which emails you receive, and perform sensitive account-level actions such as changing your password or deleting your account.
Whether you need to check how many AI messages you have left, download an invoice, update your credit card, or enable additional account protection, the Settings area is where you go.
How to access Settings
You can access the Settings area from the main dashboard at any time.
- Start from the dashboard at
https://panel.interlinked-ai.com/en/dashboard. - Click the profile image in the top-right corner of the panel.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
This opens the Settings area at:
https://panel.interlinked-ai.com/en/settings

Note
The profile image displayed in the panel is the same image associated with your Google account. This image cannot currently be changed from within Interlinked AI. If you want to update your profile image, change it in your Google account settings and it will be reflected in the panel.
Settings tabs and routes
Inside Settings, the interface is organized into six tabs. Each tab handles a specific area of your account:
| Tab | Route | What it manages |
|---|---|---|
| Usage | ?tab=usage | Message consumption, plan limits, included monthly allowance |
| Billing | ?tab=billing | Subscription plan, pricing, renewal date, payment methods, invoices |
| Account information | ?tab=accountinfo | Full name, phone number, business name, email address |
| Security | ?tab=security | Two-factor authentication, active sessions |
| Notifications | ?tab=notifications | Email communication preferences for news, billing, and security |
| Account settings | ?tab=account | Login method, password management, account deletion, Google disconnection |
All tabs are accessed from the same Settings page. The selected tab changes the visible content without navigating to a separate page.

Currency is determined by location, not language
One of the most important rules to understand before exploring billing and pricing is how Interlinked AI determines which currency to display.
Currency is based on your geographic location, not your language selection.
Interlinked AI currently supports two billing currencies:
- MXN (Mexican peso) — for users located in Mexico
- USD (US dollar) — for users located in any other country
This means:
- A user located in Mexico sees prices in MXN, regardless of whether they browse the panel in English or Spanish.
- A user located in Argentina, Spain, Colombia, or any other country outside Mexico sees prices in USD — even if they use the Spanish-language routes (
/es). - A user in Germany browsing in English still sees USD because they are outside Mexico.
Important
Spanish-language routes do not automatically mean Mexican pricing. If you are located outside Mexico, you will see USD pricing regardless of your language preference. This applies to all billing screens, plan comparisons, and invoice amounts.
Support for additional currencies — such as EUR for European users — may be introduced in future updates. As of now, only MXN and USD are active.

Understanding the relationship between tabs
Although the six tabs live on the same screen, the documentation separates them into distinct articles because each handles a different responsibility:
-
Usage and Billing together cover the financial and consumption side of your subscription. Start with Plans and pricing to understand what each plan includes, then see Usage and message limits for day-to-day monitoring.
-
Account information and Account settings together cover your identity and login behavior. See Account information for profile details and Manage sign-in and password for authentication.
-
Security covers account protection. See Security and two-factor authentication.
-
Notifications covers email preferences. See Notification preferences.
Privacy and data protection
Because the Settings area handles billing, identity, and access management, Interlinked AI applies strong security and privacy practices throughout:
- Billing is processed securely through Stripe. Interlinked AI does not store full credit card details.
- Official provider APIs are used where applicable, including trusted platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Encryption and secure handling practices help protect account, business, and customer data.
- Customer data is not sold. User information is handled responsibly to support the service and its connected features.
For more details on how Interlinked AI approaches account protection, see Security and two-factor authentication.
