Partner Program rules

Who can join

The Interlinked AI Partner Program is open to a wide range of participants. Here are the eligibility requirements:

Account requirement

You need an Interlinked AI account to join the Partner Program. Creating an account is free and can be done by signing up with your email or by using Sign in with Google.

No paid plan required

You do not need a paid Interlinked AI subscription to become a partner.

• Free-plan users can join the Partner Program and start earning commissions immediately.
• Paid-plan users (Starter, Pro, Ultra) can also join.
• Your subscription status does not affect your commission rate or your ability to earn.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to join the Partner Program. This is because Stripe Connect — the platform used for identity verification and payouts — requires participants to be of legal age in most jurisdictions. No qualifications required

No degree, certification, professional license, or formal sales background is required to become a partner. The program is designed for anyone who wants to refer customers to Interlinked AI — whether you are a business professional, a content creator, a consultant, or someone who simply uses and recommends the product.

Partner status

Partners are independent participants

Partners are independent participants in the Interlinked AI Partner Program. By joining the program, you are:

• Participating in a referral commission program, not entering into an employment relationship.
• Not an Interlinked AI employee, contractor, agent, or official representative.
• Not authorized to represent Interlinked AI in legal or contractual matters, make binding commitments on behalf of Interlinked AI, or present yourself as acting in any official capacity for the company.

No guaranteed earnings

The Partner Program is a commission-based referral program. Your earnings depend on how many customers subscribe using your partner code and how long those customers remain subscribed.

Interlinked AI does not guarantee any minimum income, specific earnings level, or return on time invested. Commission amounts vary based on:

• The number of customers who use your code
• The plans those customers choose
• How long those customers stay subscribed
• The commission rate in effect at the time

When promoting the Partner Program to others, do not promise guaranteed income or present the program as a salary, fixed earnings opportunity, or get-rich-quick scheme.

Referral code rules

One code per partner

Each partner receives one unique partner code. The code is created during onboarding and remains active for as long as you are a partner.

Unlimited sharing

There is no limit to how many people you can share your partner code with. You are free to promote it through any channel — social media, email, blog posts, direct conversations, presentations, or any other communication method.

One-time customer discount

Each referred customer can use your partner code for a discount only once — on their first eligible subscription payment. The code does not provide a recurring discount to the customer.

• A customer cannot enter the same code on multiple subscriptions to receive repeated discounts.
• A customer who cancels and later resubscribes may not be eligible for the discount again.

Code uniqueness

Every partner code is unique across the entire Interlinked AI platform. This ensures clear attribution — when a customer uses a code, there is no ambiguity about which partner referred them.

Commission terms

Current rates

The standard commission rate is currently 10%. The standard customer discount is currently 10% on the first eligible payment.

Rates may change

Commission rates and customer discount rates may be adjusted over time as the Partner Program evolves:

• Interlinked AI will notify you by email if your commission rate changes.
• New rates apply automatically to future subscription payments.
• High-performing partners may receive an increased commission rate as recognition for their referral activity.

When commissions stop

You stop earning commissions on a referred customer when:

• The customer cancels their subscription
• The customer’s payments fail and their subscription ends
• The customer downgrades to the Free plan

Program conduct

Fair promotion

Partners should promote the Interlinked AI Partner Program honestly and accurately:

• Represent Interlinked AI’s features and capabilities truthfully.
• Do not make claims about the product that are not supported by current product behavior.
• Do not promise specific earnings to people you are recruiting as customers.
• Do not use misleading, deceptive, or spammy marketing tactics.

Respect for the platform

• Do not create fake accounts or self-referrals to generate commissions.
• Do not attempt to manipulate the referral tracking system.
• Do not use your partner code in ways that violate Interlinked AI’s terms of service.

Interlinked AI reserves the right to investigate and take action — including suspending or terminating partner accounts — if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.
