What the Products page is for

The Products page is where you manage the product catalog that your AI agent uses when answering customers. It is available in the Interlinked panel at https://panel.interlinked-ai.com/en/products and appears in the sidebar with a box icon.

Products is visible for all users, regardless of the workflow selected during setup. Retail workflows use the catalog for product discovery, cart creation, and order conversations. Service workflows can also use catalog or service information to help the AI explain what the business offers.

Direct answer

Product catalog changes apply immediately to the live AI agent. There is no draft mode for products. Uploading, adding, replacing, or clearing products updates the catalog as soon as the action is completed.

Important

Replacing or clearing a catalog removes existing product data immediately. The previous catalog cannot be restored from the panel, so keep an external backup before making bulk changes.

What product data does for the AI agent

Your product catalog gives the AI agent structured information it can use during customer conversations. The agent can reference product names, prices, stock, SKUs, descriptions, categories, variants, and other attributes included in your file.

Clean product data helps the agent:

  • Answer questions about what you sell.
  • Recommend relevant products based on customer needs.
  • Compare options such as price, size, color, presentation, or compatibility.
  • Support order workflows when customers add items to a cart.
  • Avoid relying only on general business context when a catalog answer is needed.

Ways to manage products

The Products area supports three main catalog actions:

ActionUse it whenWhat happens
Upload or replace a catalogYou want to import a CSV or Excel product catalogThe uploaded products become the active catalog
Add products manuallyYou need to add one product or make a small urgent additionThe new product appears in the Products table immediately
Clear the catalogYou intentionally want to remove all productsThe AI agent no longer has catalog data to answer from

Products table behavior

The Products screen shows uploaded products in a table. To keep large catalogs readable, the table uses pagination and shows up to 50 products per page. Use Previous and Next to move between pages.

The search bar helps you find products faster. Depending on the fields in your catalog, search can help locate products by name, SKU, attribute, category, description, or other product details.

Interlinked is designed to support large catalogs. There is no documented monthly limit on how many times you can replace a catalog, and there is no documented monthly product-count limit. Processing time depends on the number of products and the amount of detail in the file.

Where products can be uploaded

You can upload or update products from multiple places:

  1. Products page — use https://panel.interlinked-ai.com/en/products for ongoing catalog management after setup.
  2. First onboarding wizard — use the Products step during initial setup. The step is available to all users regardless of workflow.
  3. AI Config wizard — go to https://panel.interlinked-ai.com/en/ai-config, click Launch wizard, then open the Products step.

Product uploads from the wizard are not saved as drafts. They update the product catalog immediately and do not create a separate pending version of the catalog. The wizard Products step also includes a CSV template download button for users who need a clean starting structure.

Start with Prepare your product catalog before importing a file. Then use Upload a product catalog for upload rules, supported formats, required fields, and template guidance.
