Lead Discovery history and usage
Manage your Lead Discovery search history, reopen past results, track your usage counter, and delete searches you no longer need in the Interlinked AI dashboard.
Search history sidebar
In the signed-in dashboard, every Lead Discovery search you run is automatically saved. Your past searches appear in the left sidebar, organized by time and date — grouped into categories such as “Today,” “Yesterday,” “This week,” and earlier.
This sidebar acts as your personal archive of prospecting sessions. You do not need to take any action to save a search — it happens automatically when results are generated.

Reopening past searches
To revisit a previous search and review its results:
- Open the left sidebar (visible by default on desktop)
- Browse or scroll through your search history
- Click on any past search entry
- The main area instantly loads all the results from that search — Lead Cards, Lead Scores, Pain Points, and Icebreakers — exactly as they were when the search completed
This allows you to return to prospects you discovered earlier without running a new search or consuming additional quota.
Mobile sidebar behavior
On smartphones and tablets, the sidebar is hidden by default to maximize screen space for results.
To access your search history on mobile:
- Tap the menu button (☰) in the upper corner of the screen
- The sidebar slides open with your full search history
- Select the search you want to review
- The sidebar closes automatically, and the selected results appear in full screen

Usage counter
The dashboard shows a usage counter that tells you how many Lead Discovery searches you have used and how many remain in your current period.
This counter appears within the Lead Discovery section and updates in real time as you run searches. It helps you track your consumption against your plan’s monthly quota.
| Counter element | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Searches used | Number of searches completed in the current period |
| Searches remaining | Number of searches still available before the period resets |
When your remaining searches reach zero, you will not be able to start new searches until your quota resets or you upgrade your plan. See Lead Discovery limits and plans for full quota details and reset rules.
Tip
Check your usage counter before starting a new search, especially if you are on the Free tier. You can always reopen past searches without using additional quota.
Deleting searches
You can delete individual searches from your history when you no longer need them.
How to delete a search
- Locate the search in your sidebar history
- Select the delete option for that search entry
- A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to verify the deletion
What happens when you delete
Important
Deleting a search is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, the search entry and all associated results — including Lead Cards, Lead Scores, Pain Points, and Icebreakers — are permanently removed. They cannot be recovered.
Before deleting, make sure you have copied or saved any icebreakers or prospect information you want to keep.
Deleting a search does not restore search quota. The search was already counted when it was originally run.
Frequently asked questions
Is my search history available across devices? Yes. Your search history is tied to your account. Sign in on any device to access your full history.
How long are searches saved? Searches are saved indefinitely in your account until you manually delete them.
Does reopening a past search count as a new search? No. Reopening a previously completed search does not consume any additional search quota.
Can I rename or organize my searches? Currently, searches are organized automatically by date. You cannot rename individual entries.
