What is Lead Discovery

Lead Discovery is Interlinked AI’s AI-powered prospecting tool. It helps you find qualified business prospects by analyzing publicly available web and social media profiles, then generates personalized outreach messages — called icebreakers — that you can use as a starting point for your first contact.

Instead of spending hours manually searching for potential clients, you describe your business or paste your website URL, and Lead Discovery identifies prospects that are likely to benefit from what you offer. Each result includes context about the prospect, a relevance score, identified business needs, and a suggested icebreaker ready for you to review and personalize.

Lead Discovery is built for business prospecting — helping sales teams, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and agencies find and connect with potential clients through informed, personalized outreach.

Where to access Lead Discovery

You can use Lead Discovery from two places, depending on whether you have an account.

From the public landing page

The Interlinked AI website includes a direct entry point to Lead Discovery:

  1. Visit interlinked-ai.com
  2. On the features page for Lead Discovery, you will see a ChatGPT-style prompt bar where you can type your search immediately

This public access lets you try Lead Discovery once without creating an account. After your first search, you can create an account to continue using the tool.

From the signed-in dashboard

Once you have an Interlinked AI account, Lead Discovery is accessible from your dashboard:

  1. Sign in at panel.interlinked-ai.com
  2. In the left sidebar, look for Lead Discovery — the icon resembles a person with a magnifying glass
  3. Click it to open the full Lead Discovery experience

The dashboard version includes your complete search history in a left sidebar, a usage counter showing how many searches you have used and how many remain in your current billing period, and the same prompt bar for starting new searches.

How authentication works

Lead Discovery is available at different levels depending on your account status:

  • Without an account — You can try one Lead Discovery search for free. This lets you evaluate the tool before committing to registration.
  • With a free account — After registering (via Google sign-in or email), you receive 3 searches per month on the Free tier. Registration is quick and redirects you back to Lead Discovery so you can continue where you left off.
  • With a paid plan — Starter, Pro, Ultra, and Enterprise plans include higher monthly search quotas. See Lead Discovery limits and plans for the full breakdown.

Every new account automatically starts on the Free tier. You can upgrade at any time from your billing settings.

Lead Discovery vs CRM

Both Lead Discovery and CRM deal with customer context, but they serve different moments in the sales cycle:

  • Lead Discovery helps you find and research potential prospects before any conversation has started. It is your outbound prospecting tool.
  • CRM helps you manage conversations and lead context after a customer has engaged through a connected channel. It is your inbound conversation manager.

If a customer is already messaging your business through Instagram, WhatsApp, or another connected channel, the CRM is the right place to manage that relationship. If you are looking for new prospects to reach out to, Lead Discovery is where you start.

What to expect from results

When you run a Lead Discovery search, you receive a set of prospect cards. Each card includes:

  • A Lead Score (0–100) indicating how well the prospect matches your search
  • Pain Points — business challenges the AI identified from public context
  • A Suggested Icebreaker — a personalized first message ready for you to review and adapt

Result quality depends on the specificity of your prompt, the amount of publicly available information about each prospect, and your own review before reaching out. Lead Discovery gives you a strong starting point, but the best results come when you personalize the AI-generated content to match your voice and the prospect’s situation.
