When to use this workflow
Choose Free Appointment for straightforward scheduling with no barriers. This workflow is ideal for businesses where anyone can book — hair salons, yoga studios, tutoring services, open consultations, or community events.
No qualification questions, no payment. The AI simply checks your availability and books a time slot.
How the AI handles conversations
- Greet the customer using your configured greeting message.
- Help the customer understand your services by searching the product catalog for relevant offerings.
- Check your calendar — The AI queries your Google Calendar for available time slots.
- Present available slots — Available times are shown in 30-minute increments within your configured availability window.
- Book the appointment — After the customer confirms a slot, the AI creates a Google Calendar event with the customer’s name and contact details.
- Confirm the booking — The AI sends a confirmation message to the customer with the date, time, and any relevant details.
Tip
If a requested time slot is unavailable, the AI automatically suggests the nearest alternative times so the customer can choose a different slot.
